$50.00 late fee is strictly enforced if payment is not made by deadline.

Information
The teams in each division for each Regional will qualify
for AAA (Elite), AA (Competive), A (Recreational).
The number of teams that qualify will depend on the power rating
for each region, along with the level of competition for that
particular tournament and the results.
Your team will be awarded Qualification
based on your teams performance.
If you do not qualify for AAA, you will be invited to participate in AA or A
at the Nationals.
Roster Restrictions
- .Infinite roster changes may be made for the
National Championships for a AAA (Elite) Qualified Roster
- Three (3) roster changes will be allowed for AA (Comp). One (1) Roster Change will be allowed for A (Rec).
- A player may not play in AAA, AA and/or A in the same Age Division.
- A player may not play on a AA or A team at Nationals if qualified with a
AAA team in the same Age Division.
- A player may play in AAA, AA and A in different Age Divisions, if qualified.
- .A player must play with the original team they qualified with for the season.
Exceptions:
If the original team is not participating at the Nationals, the player may
play with another team.If the player receives a release from the original team.
That player must play for the division they qualified.
Any Adult Teams competing in the Regional Qualifiers are
limited to only One (1) Pro Player, per team.
Pro Players are only players that have qualified for the
TORHS Pro Series Nationals.
NO PRO TIER I players are allowed to be rostered on an ADULT team at the 2008 TORHS Nationals.
Up to 2 (two) PRO TIER II players can be rostered on an ADULT Team at the 2008 TORHS Nationals.

All STAR Team Selections
All STAR Finalists will be selected after each Regional. At every regional, All-Star Finalists will be chosen by the TORHS Staff on-site for the event. There is no limit to how many players may be named as All-Star finalists.Upon the completion of the regional event, the All Star finalists will be posted under their respective conference all-star list.The All-Star games are to be held at Nationals to decide which conferences all stars are truly the "Best of the Best."
Each team will have 12 skaters named to the roster (10 skaters and 2 goalies).
Six skaters and two goalies will be named based solely on their regional performance and four more skaters will earn "wild-card" spots based on their performance at the National Event.
To be named to an all star team, you must have been named as a finalist, following a regional that you took part in, and you must be rostered on a team participating in the 2008 National event.
They will participate in an Elite All STAR Mini-Tournament, playing with other players, and against other players from across the Nation. Each player selected will receive a custom jersey at the Nationals for this honor. You must be on a rostered team at the National Championships to participate in the All STAR event.
